牛得存(1986-),男,博士,特聘副教授,硕士生导师,青岛科技大学五层次引进人才。2014年在山东大学获硕士学位,2014~2018年在国家电力投资集团公司山东电力工程咨询院从事变电站设计工作,2018~2022年在山东大学攻读博士学位。发表学术论文10余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在国际权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics/ IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics发表SCI一区论文5篇;获批国家发明专利3项;作为主要成员参与了国家自然科学资金创新群体项目子课题等。研究方向包括多电平变换器拓扑与调制、新能源并网发电技术和电能质量治理等。
